We are seeking Full-Time, energetic, and hands on Deli/Bakery Retail Technician. Deli/Bakery Retail Technician ensure best in class in store merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintain sale-ability of all authorized items.

Deli/Bakery Retail Technician Job Description

• Calling on all the stores in assigned territory within the established call frequency
• Ensure that all retail objectives and shelf standards are met and maintained in assigned territory
• Ensuring authorized products are in stock, rotated and tagged
• Maintaining schematic integrity of all manufacturer-client products
• Visual merchandising
• Implementing schematics
• Building displays and hutches
• Provide excellent customer service and develop a professional relationship with store management, associates and vendors.
• Adhering to inventory analysis and reporting processes as required by the customer/manufacturers’ established requirements.
• Accurately and efficiently weigh, package, code date and label products as needed.
• Properly use food equipment to prepare and package foods and attend to special orders as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the customer specified job aids/recipes.
• Act as subject matter expert in their designated department in responding to customer queries.

Deli/Bakery Retail Technician Basic Requirements

• Detailed oriented and able to multi task effectively
• Thorough communication skills and able to speak to store management.
• Self-motivated, Work independently and able to meet deadlines
• Merchandising and or retail experience preferred
• MUST have a dependable car, meet our required auto insurance coverage and a good driving record
• Willing to drive

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
